Following this, I'll synthesize the data to craft User Personas and Empathy Maps by generating demographics, psychographics, goals and motivation.

🚀 As UX Researcher at the german PV-system seller EIGENSONNE of 400 people, I evaluated the User Experience of the sign-up process for a first Sales contact and contract offer after a new release of a website.
Performed an in-depth analysis of user recordings, analytics data, prior research findings, and stakeholder interviews to craft a strategic UX Research plan tailored to the company's unique challenges. Skillfully initiated foundational processes, outlined a precise research scope, and conveyed findings through storytelling and presentations, resulting in favorable feedback and swift action from the development, UX leadership, and project management teams.
Uncovered the substantial impact of previously underestimated factors, including slow transitions between questions, sluggish loading speeds, and the resultant high interaction cost on the conversion rate from website visitors to the first sales contact, as well as the customization of buying offers.

🚀 As the first designer to join a tech startup that experienced rapid growth from 20 to 50 employees within a single year, I played a crucial role in enhancing the company's UX capabilities during this challenging phase.
I led an initiative to introduce UX design principles, methodologies, and research methods, such as user testing, interviews, and surveys. As a result of these efforts, our UX maturity progressed from an initial "absent" status to a more advanced "limited" stage.
One of my notable accomplishments was facilitating the signing of a development contract between Valispace and Airbus by translating high-level concepts into interactive prototypes, involving interviews, narration during task completion, and performing tasks in click-prototpyes with both internal and client expert users. This collaboration addressed complex, specialized workflows for systems engineers working with the platform Valispace.

🚀 During my 4 year tenure at Apple, I had direct one-on-one contact with customers, helping over 8,000+ users of Apple-developed software. This experience uniquely prepared me for a UX role, as I worked with users of ****varying ages and abilities, gaining insights into diverse user needs at a top design company renowned for its commitment to Design, Customer Experience, and User Experience. The term "User Experience" was coined at Apple in 1993 by Don Norman.
I provided guidance to Apple users through screen sharing, resolving their inquiries and skillfully addressing their emotions while investigating and documenting software issues. This support extended to users of a wide range of Apple-developed software, including iMovie, Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Photos, Garageband, Apple Music, App Store, iTunes Store and others.
